✿ Where do you ship from?
I ship from Chile (South America).
✿ When will you ship my order?
I usually ship within 7 business days, but sometimes this time frame may vary depending on the number of orders that I receive, as I am only one person in charge of this shop, It could also take me 2 weeks to ship orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding beforehand! ♡
✿ ABOUT PRE-ORDERS:
- When will be my pre-order shipped?
Please note that preorder items will be shipped after they have arrived to me from the manufacturer, therefore all pre-order items are expected to ship at least 3-4 weeks AFTER the pre-order end date. - What happens if I purchase a non-pre-order item + a pre-order item?
The whole order will be shipped once the preorder item has arrived from the supplier. (This also applies for Shikishi commissions + a pre-ordered item)
I do regular international shipping which may take 4-8 weeks.
Sometimes packages are put through customs check, which can prolong the delivery time.
Please allow up to 8 weeks from the shipping date. If that time period has passed and you still have not received your package, contact me.
** Important: Sometimes orders have been returned to me because the buyer failed to claim them at customs or failed to respond to calls (phone calls or emails from the postal service). Please keep an eye on your order!!
✿ How will my order be packaged?
I'll package all your items inside a plastic bag in a tight bubble envelope to prevent any damage and for orders with PRINTS, I always use stiff cardboard to prevent bending.
✿ What postal service do you use?
I use my local postal service called Correos de Chile to ship all packages. All order include a tracking number. After the order left my country you can track it here: Correos de Chile website or via PARCELS or USPS.

* Important things to consider:
- For all orders, please double-check your address before placing an order! I am unable to redirect a shipment once it is dispatched. Please also use an email that can receive emails.
- Please use your full name (do not use social media handles or nicknames) in the shipping address.
- No refunds or exchanges are offered after the item(s) have been shipped.
Cancellation of the order must be made prior to shipping.
